Our activities in the field of insurance law are the departments D & O and industrial property insurance such as elementary damage, assembly, business interruption and fire insurance for industry and commerce. In the event of personal injury, we specialize in occupational disability and life insurance.

D&O

We represent directors in enforcing their rights in special liability insurance ("Directors and Officers Liability" - D & O) and defend claims for damages in and out of court.

Industrial property insurance

We advise and represent companies from the automotive, construction, transport and logistics sectors, department stores and large shopping centers.

We assist in the complex control of insurance conditions and the agreement of a coordinated "wording" with the insurer, for example, in the conditions for the insurance of additional risks.

We negotiate additional clauses for our clients, agree framework agreements, negotiate maximum compensation, check the multi-risk property insurance as well as the construction insurance for new buildings and the assembly insurance.

We advise on the co-insurance of additional inclusions and the deletion of unfavorable clauses and influence the contents of the insurance policy for our clients.

Personal injury

We help our clients to absorb economic risks in occupational disability insurance.

We represent our clients in the dispute with the insurer in the context of the violation of so-called pre-contractual disclosure obligations and the resulting challenge of the insurance contract.
